Reasons To Not Send Your Child to School

Fever of 100 degrees or more

Cold symptoms serious enough to interfere with the ability to learn

Headache severe enough to interfere with the ability to learn

Cough causing difficulty breathing or moderate to severe chest pain

Nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea

Undiagnosed rash or open sores with drainage

Abdominal pain accompanied by elevated temper3ature, vomiting, or diarrhea

Sore throat that interferes with swallowing or is accompanied by fever or rash

Red, draining eyes

If your child has a bacterial infection - keep them at home until they have been on antibiotic therapy for 24 hours. If your child has been diagnosed with a staph infection, the area must be covered while at school
