The mission of the Personnel Department of the Tallapoosa County Schools is to recruit, select, develop, and retain a high-quality workforce committed to providing the very best educational experience for the students of Tallapoosa County.  The Tallapoosa County School System is in a continuous search for teachers, administrators, counselors, registered nurses, and all support personnel positions for the new millennium.  We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to work with our students.
